ABOUT US
An exceptional terroir
Over the millennia, many layers of sediment have been superimposed, explaining the diversity of landscapes and the different colours of soils.
Everywhere the soil is strewn with quartz and rolled pebbles, mixed with a light and sandy soil on the surface that gives the wines a special finesse.
10,000 years ago, a significant river erosion, heavily dissected the territory, offering today a model of rumps all raised and very well drained.
Responsible for the relative drought of the land and the deep rooting of the vine, the slopes of this model are a promise of great wines.
